This was a project that we needed to do on a very tight budget as a premium was paid for it… because it is the Penthouse. So we modernised it very simply and gave it some life again by introducing some colour. We achieved this by painting specific feature walls and by adding pops of colour all over. This totally transformed a dull and dark apartment to a bright and more modern one. We added a roof over a portion of the balcony so that the balcony can still be used when the weather is bad and it made a huge difference. We also added some artificial grass as a “mat” and some very comfortable oversized wooden furniture to make it very inviting. This all improved the aesthetic of the balcony as well as the useability and was money well spent.
